About:
Our Mezcals and Agave Spirits are made in Santa Catarina Minas, Oaxaca by the Arellanes brothers, Germaín, Bezaleel and Armando, 11th generation Maestro Mezcaleros. We roast the maguey hearts in earthen pits with wood, and then distill the fermented juices in traditional ceramic and bamboo pot stills. The final distillate is then rested in French oak barrels (Cognac and Armagnac for first release) and bottled undiluted at full cask-strength.
